For 7 million years of human communication was limited to hail. There are smoking only a few thousand years, short signals with flags, or messenger, and then it was limited to kings and generals. There are only a hundred years of radio and voice come and made available to the majority of the world. Now we mortals can send links and style of text, sound, images and video to anyone. Is the fastest technology such as biology or psychology here?

Sir Knight, I have some disappointing news this theory.
People were able to send pictures and letters to almost everyone for a long, long time.
Only slowly, until the Internet ...
Sometimes I wonder if that was at the mass transit, as some, if it were not bad because people might ask, now "refers" to another simply by sending letters and e-mail without leaving their town or even their houses.
There are goods and evils of technology. If you can not really afford to go to a lot of things that a good way to have fun while they were locked up at home. There is a balance, of course. If it ever easier to stay in line and prevents the interaction with the outside world, then it can be harmful.
