The weight, you are given, the maximum weight of axle design. The maximum total weight of the entire car is the first weight plate frame, and this can be progressively lowered so that the vehicle will be covered by a group of lower taxes, or distributed a lesser license.
This does not change the axle load can and it will be hard to overload the axles. The thought may be able to overload the weight of money that will not damage the vehicle, but you have trouble with the police and nervous.

What do you want in the axle and not the actual weight of the weight of trucks is to be under Hg 7tons to any truck scale to take and see what I mean maximum axle loads when you load the truck and the traffic police Checkweighers Doe Trucks Authorized is5200 on the axle axis is 6200, then more and more cargo hub

It seems that you mix pounds and tons. The axles are rated at 2900 pounds and 5200 pounds, if I understand what he says. Total axle load 8100 pounds, or 4 tons and 100 kilograms of coins. No?

You look at the design weight of the axle.
The car manufacturers should be able to at least the weight of 7.5 tonnes.
You will find it helpful, please visit your local verifier TGV and a conversation with someone I'm not sure he can answer all your questions and give you a better understanding of mass and weight design of the money.
