My game won't run, Is my video card the problem? - ati xi900

I want to play the game requires Shader Model 3 graphics card with 256 MB (NVIDIA GeForce 7800 GT / ATI XI900 or equivalent) and later the drivers from the manufacturer. I have Intel (R) G33-G31 Express Chipset.

This is something that no bird called Hardware T & L, which is not played by any other game i met a lot, so I do not think so, but the graphics card does not have version 2.0 pixel and vertex shaders has been in the shadows and not the 3.0 is required before rush to buy a new graphics card is my problem, I update or install drivers or something else.
